10. SAFETY'S SERVICE (MI5) AND THE SECRET INTELLIGENCE SERVICE (MI6)
MI5 began life in March 1909 in that, following a recommendation of the committee of the imperial defense, the department of secret service was founded by captain Vernon Kell (K) and for captain Mansfield Cumming (C-6) that were responsible for the counterespionage and the withdrawal of the foreign intelligence, respectively. The secret end that surrounds their operations is reflected by the fact that the only copy of the report of the sub-committee regarding his/her foundation it was put in the director's of military operations custody in the office of the war: TAXI 16/232. During August 1914 Kell and his small team of employees were absorbed in the Directory of military operations like MO5 (g). The series of the quilovolt is resulting; the additions are made the bi-annual. However, the registrations of safety's service are necessarily incomplete. The registrations of the secret intelligence service (SIS), usually known as MI6 are not in the public domain nor do they open to the scrutiny public. Some of the information revealed in the manuscript Percyfaw Code is information extra-officials. However, a number of reports of MI6 “CX” they can be found in HW1 (to see below) that consist in the intelligence of the signs passed by Government Code and for school of the “Cypher” (GC&CS) “C” the head of SIS and for that to the main minister during to Second World War.
